solution for very low cost "usb switch for dc power 25v 4A"?

my boss ask me to design very low cost "usb switch for dc power 25v 4A". i suggest him use pic 18f4550 but he says no it's still expensive. he asks me keep looking. could you please recommend some low cost chip? i appreciate.

Microchip has cheaper USB-capable chips than the 18f4550. You might also browse:

Of course cost should include not just the chip cost but development time and resources.
