vendor specific USB device in Windows CE

I would like to confirm if Windows CE can support vendor specific USB device?

I have the driver for Windows 32/64 bits and leveraged your VB codes to communicate with the device successful. How to create the driver for Windows CE and the codes to communicate with it in CE?
