Noise RS485

Hi everyone
I have a problem!
In one bus RS485 using Driver MAX485 and USB to RS485 in the topology for comunications PC-------Microcontroller,
but...
in this bus the problem is noise.
do you help me please?
one track our your tips please
How to reduce noise?
as a programmer?
as electronic?

Providers of RS-485 interface chips have many application notes dealing with circuit design and noise. Try Maxim and TI. Also see:
