Enable Wakeup - When?

Can the Standard Command, Enable Wakeup Command be sent following Set Configuration Command, or does it have immediately precede a system standby (Suspend)?

Its a persistant setting, so there's no time dependency. In other words, it can be sent immediately after configuration, or immediately before a suspend. It doesn't matter.

The systems I'm familiar with send it immediately on configuration.
