VID or PID of 0000h (zero)?
«

Hello.
Is there any problem in using a Product ID of 0000h?. How about a Vendor ID of 0000h (zero)? (I understand that the USB-IF assigns VIDs). Or is the minimum VID and PID = 0001h?
Thanks, jmw

For in-house testing, use any VID/PID combination that doesn't conflict with the VID/PIDs in the system's INF files. I would avoid VID = 0000h.
