Do you know any dll (library) to monitor parallel port?

Dear all.

I have been programming a program which monitors the data between PC and receipt printer. 

I have a solution to monitor the data if the PC and printer are connected thru USB or Serial port.

In case of parallel port, however, I have not found any good solution.

I used portmon to monitor the data on USB, serial and even parallel port.

To incorporate into my own program, however, I need a library to monitor the data on parallel port between PC and receipt printer, not a stand-alone program like portmon.

The solution which is not free is also greatly welcomed.
