TSEQ in USB3.0.

I have see"TSEQ is used for symbol lock in training"in usb 3.0 spec.But what is the sense of TSEQ,why TSEQ should send 65536 times. Does CDR cant work if Just send a little of 4 times ?

The USB 3.0 spec says the TSEQ training sequence repeats 65536 times to allow for testing many coefficient settings.
