locating ports that support debug
« on: March 03, 2014, 11:24:46 pm »
I have two laptops with Intel 7 series/c216 chipset enhanced host controllers. Microsoft USBView indicates that port 2 of the "second" controller (1E26) on both laptops is user connectable and is port debug capable. However, I don't see where the physical port is. When I plug a 2.0 thumb drive into any of the physical ports, it shows up on other ports. How do I find/connect to the port so it can be used for debugging?

Thanks
Jack
