usb failure during enemeration stage

i am attaching usb device to my arm board but it is not getting detected. following error are come as below

new full speed USB device using usb-ohci and address 6
[   17.380000] usb 1-1: device descriptor read/64, error -62
[   17.630000] usb 1-1: device descriptor read/64, error -62
[   17.880000] usb 1-1: new full speed USB device using usb-ohci and address 7
[   18.030000] usb 1-1: device descriptor read/64, error -62
[   18.280000] usb 1-1: device descriptor read/64, error -62
[   18.530000] usb 1-1: new full speed USB device using usb-ohci and address 8
[   18.950000] usb 1-1: device not accepting address 8, error -62
[   19.090000] usb 1-1: new full speed USB device using usb-ohci and address 9
[   19.510000] usb 1-1: device not accepting address 9, error -62
[   19.510000] hub 1-0:1.0: unable to enumerate USB device on port 1

what could be the reason for the enumeration failure .please help me to figure out this issue

You really need a hardware bus analyser to tell what's going wrong for sure.

My guess based on the log is the device is NAKing when being asked for descriptors, and then NAKing the set address. I'd be suspicious that the device might not like the OHCI controller on your board. I'd be surprised if that was the case, I havn't seen a device like that for about 15 years. The other thing is the board seems to be timing out the transactions after about 250ms. The device might be expecting to have 500ms to respond.I'd be surprised if a device would respond before 500ms but not before 250ms.

Now USB is working some problem was there in the hardware connection...
 
USB getting detected in host mode
