Product ID Association for USB

This is for the Windows platform.

I need to have guidance on how to implement a composite device where it switches between DFU and non-DFU mode, and how does the Product ID changes when the app is there or if the BSP is the only piece available.  How should we present ourselves in the device manager UI?  Thanks.
