I wanted to know how does a host controller detect speed of USB 3.0, e.g.
Slow speed- D- high,
Full speed- D+ high,
high speed- first D+ high then D- high,
whats the combination in USB 3.0?

You should look at the USB 3.0 specification. USB 3.0 adds new wires to carry the SuperSpeed data.
