Has anyone seen this?   Because of the error, it fails to populate

                                      internal SafeFileHandle deviceHandle;   (get this ok)
         internal IntPtr winUsbHandle;
         internal Byte bulkInPipe;
         internal Byte bulkOutPipe;
         internal Byte interruptInPipe;
         internal Byte interruptOutPipe;
         internal UInt32 devicespeed;
