using usbgeneric on laptop

Hello
I'm using a program generic_hid_cs50 .
It works on a PC with appropriate hardware(ARM).
But on a laptop with Windows xp will be faced with the problem
And the transmission rate of hardware to PC to bring down.
Please, please help.
