Title: Requesting help to resolve a HID device issue

This is Able Alias from India, I'm requesting you a help to resolve a problem which I'm facing in a HID device, it's name is DigiMemo, which is a Digital Notepad device. I'm not familiar in device driver programming, I'm expecting your help to resolve this problem. If you are willing to help me , I will give more details regarding this issue. Please help me.
