Title: HID DEVICE NOT WORKING WITH SYSTEM USB PORT

Hi..

I am working with HID 1.0  device.

Pc configured:
 
Mb Foxconn A76ML-K
Ram 2Gb
Cpu Athlon II x2
2 Hard Disk 500Gb Raid 1
1 Scheda seriale pci
Widows XP 32 bit service 3.

i have one USB hid dongal which is not working with my system USB port.

but if i insert the PCI card to the system then usb hid dongal works fine with this additional port.

what is the reason?

Either the dongle or the device isn't fully compliant with the USB spec.
