Which number should be assigned in Endpoint field for USB2 LPM transaction? Endpoint 0?

I see what you mean. In the Link Power Management ECN, 2.2.1 shows an endpoint-address field in the EXT token packet, but the rest of the ECN talks about sending the LPM transaction to a device or device function with no mention of endpoints. Endpoint 0 makes the most sense to me.
