Title: Can we use USB OTG connector in LPC32xx board as serial com port
Post by: nightrapper on December 18, 2013, 01:43:18 am
Sir,
I am having LPC32xx board and i have one otg connector on the board.

Can i connect my board to PC  through OTG connector via USB cable?

How to proceed i am confused .only thing i know is the board has to be in device mode to get detected by PC which will act as host mode.

What all changes i need to make in software to make usb work in serial mode both in PC as well as board i am getting confused?

I have  OTG connector on board can we use the device mode of LPC usb controller with this connector?

If the OS has OTG support, if you attach a device using mini-A or micro-A (depending on your OTG connector) plug, the OS should detect and enumerate the device.
