Title: USB ports on Samsung ARM (Windows CE 5.0)

I came across your website trying to research a problem that we are having under Windows CE 5.0.
 
We are programming an application that uses a USB based flash drive for data logging. The problem is that, depending on the drive (different manufacturer etc), Windows CE 5.0 may or may not see it on start up. We have even had hit or miss results with the same drive. For the data logging we want that flash drive to show up all the time.
 
Once windows is started and the application is running removing and reinserting allows the drive to always be recognized.
 
To that end we’ve been searching for a way to reset the USB port via software, or get the same result via software.
 
Is there any information that you could suggest to help debug this issue?
