interfacing SPI slaves using parallel port

hello,
is it possible to interface 3 wire spi interface slaves using pc's parallel port??? and what is the minimum frequency that can be used for spi slaves????

please help

SPI has no minimum clock frequency though a specific device might. See your chip's data sheet for specifics on the interface.
