Mass Storage Transfer Command

Hi,
I'm looking at a trace of USB messages on my Beagle USB 480 and noticed a command type 0x51 from Host to Device (OUT)

55 53 42 43 08 A0 BC 87
20 00 00 00 80 01 0A 51 << ???
00 00 00 00 00 00 00 20
00 00 00 00 00 00 00

What is this command in the command block of the Command transport?
