Parallel port stat when windows startup

How I can keep the D7 pin to 0 on Windows Startup?

It's to 1 and is connected to a buzzer.

This is driving me crazy.  :o

I know how to program the parallel port.

I will choose to enable / disable the port manually. Enable at startup, shutdown disabled in the tool DEVCOM more info support.microsoft.com/kb/311272
